2. Advisory Services

2.1 Description: Personalized tax strategy advisory sessions are conducted by qualified consultants.
2.2 Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled upon confirmation.
2.3 Modification: You may request a change up to 72 hours before the session.
2.4 Cancellation & Rebooking: If you cancel more than 72 hours prior, you may apply the fee toward a rescheduled session within 60 days. Cancellations within 72 hours are not eligible for fee waiver due to preparation time and consultant availability.

3. Information Products

3.1 Description: Digital guides and materials related to tax strategy.
3.2 Access Delivery: Materials are delivered via download.
3.3 Cancellation: You may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase if materials remain unopened. Upon approval, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Tangible Goods

4.1 Description: Printed manuals and physical items.
4.2 Inspection & Shipment: Goods are shipped to your address.
4.3 Eligibility for Refund: You may send back goods in original condition within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs for sending back are at your expense. Once goods arrive and pass inspection, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4.4 Exceptions: Customized or sealed items opened by the recipient are not eligible for refund due to hygiene and customization policies.

5. General Refund Policy

To request a refund, complete the form at Contact Form describing your purchase and reason. Refund approvals are at our discretion and subject to the above conditions. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
